Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Fit Inspection

If the shoes don’t fit perfectly or your little adventurer isn’t happy, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer size exchanges or store credit for items that are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

3.2 Quality & Hygiene Standards

To ensure the best experience for all our customers:

  • Original Condition: Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn, and with all tags attached. Soles must show no signs of outdoor use.
  • Accessories: For hygiene reasons, socks and insoles cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
  • Shipping: The cost of return shipping for “change of mind” or size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective items are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality team in Islamabad inspects the return.
